The 2026 Forest River R-Pod UnMapped 24RK represents a major shift in the R-Pod line. Forest River created the UnMapped sub-series to step into the 28–30 foot space while maintaining the lightweight, ultra-efficient focus that made original R-Pods famous.
The 24RK is a couple-focused layout featuring a spacious Rear Kitchen, smart indoor/outdoor integration, and strong extended-boondocking capability.

1. Rear Kitchen & Indoor/Outdoor “TrailGator” Bar
Large Counter & Storage: Features seamless Surf-X prep surfaces, a 12V 10.7 cu. ft. refrigerator, pantry, air fryer/microwave unit, and solid wood cabinetry.
Flip-Up Window & Pass-Through: A large campsite-facing kitchen window opens outward. Combined with the exterior “TrailGator” setup, you can pass food and drinks straight to the outside bar area.
2. Multi-Functional Living Area
Flexible Workstation/Dining: Includes a bar-top dining counter with stools that double as a laptop workstation or expands out into a full table.
Theater Seating: Outfitted with comfortable recliners directly facing the entertainment setup.
3. Front Bedroom & Walk-Through Bath
Olympic Queen Bed: Instead of a standard tight RV queen, it includes a wider/longer 66″ x 80″ Olympic Queen bed with under-bed storage, floor-level motion nightlights, and headboard USB/110V outlets.
Walk-Through Bathroom: Features a spacious shower, vanity, high-powered vent fan, and dual-entry access.
4. Off-Grid & Construction Tech
Solar Power Setup: Includes 400W rooftop solar paired with a 30A controller and inverter prep to keep off-grid 12V systems running.
All-Weather Build: Heated and enclosed underbelly, holding tank heat pads, and aluminum-frame block-foam insulated walls.
No-Carpet Floor: Features carpet-free flooring with an integrated central vacuum system and toe-kick dustpan.
