The 2025 Prolite Plus S is an ultralight Canadian-made travel trailer designed for couples who want the full RV experience—including a bathroom—without needing a heavy-duty truck. At under 1,500 lbs, it’s towable by many SUVs and even some smaller vehicles.
Layout & Interior Features
The “Plus S” is famous for packing a “wet bath” (combined shower and toilet) into such a lightweight frame.
Sleeping Area: The front dinette converts into a 53″ x 74″ bed.
Kitchen: Equipped with a two-burner stove, a sink with a 12V pump, and a gas/electric fridge (approx. 3.7 cu. ft.).
Comfort: Includes a 20,000 BTU furnace for cold-weather camping and a 6-gallon water heater.
Storage: Features a sofa for lounging, overhead cabinets, and an exterior storage door.
Notable Build Quality
Fiberglass Roof: A single-piece high-gloss fiberglass roof helps prevent water infiltration.
Insulation: Uses Azdel exterior panels, which are lighter and more resistant to rot and delamination than traditional wood-based panels.
Brakes: Comes standard with 10″ electric brakes, a crucial safety feature for smaller towing vehicles.
